In general, Speed Golds purchased on L2SPEED can be refunded. The exception is items already transformed within the game. Products such as hero, VIP, or other consumables cannot be refunded. L2SPEED cannot refund purchases made outside our dashboard.
It is possible to get a refund for Speed Golds within 14 days of purchase. However, you must not have consumed the acquired Speed Golds.
If you have been banned or have otherwise violated the terms of service, you are not entitled to a refund. Furthermore, you will not be able to receive a refund if L2SPEED determines that there is an abuse of the refund policy.
To request a refund, click on Support at the top of the site and contact us through one of our customer service channels.
By default, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used to make the purchase.
If L2SPEED determines that there is an abuse of the refund policy, it may not be possible to process the refund. The policy exists so you can make your purchases in the most convenient way possible, spending only on what you want to progress!
